Spying Gets Too Close to HOme

There is a new software that can be used on cell phones for parents to monitor their kids.

It is said that this new software can allow a parent to somehow actually listen in through their kids cell phone like what they are doing or talking about......DO NOT BUY IT!!!!!

This kind of tool can be abused and violate anyones privacy - I call it CHILD ABUSE and here's how:

-true, parents usually pay the cell phone bill but should they have the right to micromonitor their child-, what about the teens that have a job and can pay their own bill, they get rewarded with their privacy being stripped...

-teens NEED the space to hang out with friends and work out their own problems; if something is wrong, they usually leave clues that DO NOT require snooping.....

-I can't yet find any good reason, excuse or suggestion for this type of technology-that's up to the parent who should be prepared for what to do if they use this new tool

AND DO PARENTS REALLY NEED TO STRESS THEMSELVES EXTRA:

-you do have the right to watch your kids as you see fit so use this tool at your own discretion

-your kids are free to talk about you behind your back; they may actually have something good to say :) I think my kids have better things to talk about than me (AND IT BETTER BE GOOD   :)

-if I ever used this tool-it would be a surprise to everyone when they did find out,- it would be to protect my kids and they would know for sure it wasn't them I was after - they'd probably thank me  :)

-NO KIDS, NO NOT ASK ME TO PUT THAT MESS ON YOUR PHONE TO GET SOMEONE or play some kind of joke....and  don't let me catch it on your phone  :)

-LAST BUT NOT LEAST KIDS WOULD FIND A WAY AROUND THAT NEW TOOL-I like to assume kids are way smarter with computers than parents are   :)

-...NO ZOO NEEDED....for these :)

researchers are reporting the discovery of six species of frogs that are on the edge of extinction.

The team was led by Conservation International scientist from two top universities.

Moore's team left last October with the hope of finding amphibian species not seen in more than a decade in many forests. Much of the land suffers from deforestation, which has left only 1% of its original forest cover.

Specifically, they set out in pursuit of the--- La Selle grass frog (Eleutherodactylus glanduliferoides), which has not been seen since 1985. Although that frog eluded them, the team nonetheless managed to find 23 of the 49 known native frog species - including six which hadn't been seen in 19 years.

A whistling frog named after Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The name came about after an audiospectrogram of its call was found to resemble musical notes.
A "ventriloquist" frog that can project its voice to mislead predators.
A speckled frog with blue sapphire eyes.
A burrowing, black-eyed frog with big black eyes and orange patches on the legs.
A super-tiny frog - one of the smallest in the world - about the size of a grape.
A crowned frog that previously was reported to have been seen by just 10 individuals.

known frogs here are green frogs, bullfrogs, toads that live in or around water, eat insects and yes make a lot of noise, in all kinds of ways  :)

BUT SOME FACTS:)

-frogs or toads cannot change color, they only best match their surroundings

-frogs are usually not very loud and noisy

-frogs usually stay outside and eat insects

SOMETIMES THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS  - - -

-frogs will look and sound any way they need or want to survive but they don't use any fear that people may have of them to survive so..

 FROG FORECAST......

-dont worry they don't make any mess or hurt anybody....

---underlined or highlighted parts are the facts-----

ODesk is working for me!!! :) and rockin' into tje New Year!!!!

The On Demand Global Workforce - oDesk

I've been working through ODesk for 3 months now and only wish I'd found the site much sooner :)

Some things I learned from ODesk-

-when starting, go with short term jobs to build experience and possibly gain contacts

-there is always the chance that fixed-pay jobs may not pay but ODesk can't help with that

-update your account with projects you've done on ODesk to show your experience

-don't apply for too many jobs at once

-once you've gained experience and have some projects listed on your account, then go for the hourly contracts that DO PAY

-do have an "employee mentality" such as doing work in a timely manner, being able to communicate with those you work with

-sometimes a person who hires you may not be prepared with the project they posted, nobodys perfect :) because sometimes not every job works out but there are plenty more

BUT ODESK STILL ROCKS INTO THE YEAR 2011  !!!!  KUDOS FOR MORE WORK THAN NONE  :)  Thank you very much to the good clients I have met to work with.....
