I always knew "self employment" was big responsibility NO MATTER IF YOU MANAGE TO ACCOMPLISH IT and it in itself is a career YOU WOULD CONSTANTLY WORK
you are indeed "all on your own" alright like ITS ALL ON YOU to get some work then get it done and make money along with everything else you can or can't do
so I kept my day job, it was the only way i was able to work. of course I had all the advantages of a wonderful company who helped me with transportation and training and it was located by schools and stores, I was able to walk to my kids school and make every conference and field trip and game and plays and walk ove r to the Walgreens to pick up the usual things you have to stop and pick up on the way home Well MH3 is still hangin in there with me as everlastingly patient as ever and all that-
ODesk is turning out well as far as its GREAT HOPE !!! ROCK ON!!!! i managed to secure a few good clients
but between MH3 and ODesk, I had a VERY HARD TIME with rehabilitation -EVERYBODY FROM ALABAMA VOCATIONAL REHAB AND INSTITUTE FOR THE BLIND TRIED 200 percent (and MH3 in between) but the damage was already done......
i have been left not very well-a few more doctors appointments -
but I CHOOSE TO REFUSE to not ever again drain everyone I CANT-all means have been EXHAUSTED ..... the very constant stress of being disabled and left unable to take of my family has took its toll-its a no-brainer and i mean really THAT 'legal blindness' bull*** is REAL brain damage, has always been-not playing PANIC ATTACKS AND NO SLEEP ARE ENDLESS and left me unable to feel pain-i'm broke and only going to get more broke and the only RELIEF FROM DEBT AND TAXES IS DEATH but i ain't gonna make it happen-nature will take its course.....at the age of only 42 i'm too young to live out a deteriorating poor quality of life
I know there is a god above and he will most definitely end it....but even he gets overextended-there are so many others who REALLY NEED ALL THEY CAN GET FROM HIM - i don't want to take from anybody else....life will go on.... please do not worry about me...

A health conference as seen on the National News stated that unfortunately there is no cure or completely successful treatment for Alzheimers. Alzheimers has become a "catch all" for different types of dementia and a bad joke about aging or physically related mental problems.. BUT IT IS NO JOKE. Once thought to be a disease only for the real old, "broke down", and infirm, it is striking much younger people, people of good health, and others who didn't seem to be at risk for it.
It is a known fact that Alzheimers is caused by the build up of a protein plaque in the brain that tangles up with nerves and cells and so kills or impairs them. Main factors that increase the risk of Alzheimers or influence the severity of it are most notably general poor health, especially poor cardiovascular health, brain trauma such as head injury, stroke and genetic likelihood of getting it. Then any toll on the brain such as side effects of medication, radiation treatments, alcoholism, drug and tobacco use can be additional factors. And even less obvious but just as significant, preexisting health problems or disability and mental or emotional health problems. Prevention and/or management then most depends on overall lifestyle, diet, exercise, correcting poor health as much as possible and securing good mental and emotional health.
Such conditions stated above creates a given amount of stress anyway, especially if they were present the most of a person's life, but can at times become overwhelming for even the best adjusted person because of the significant changes that occur and the ever-changing adjustments required to manage and maintain a good quality of life. Not only should improving general overall health as much as possible be employed but also just as importantly employment of enrichment such as leisure, hobbies, constructive occupation, and social networking such as family relationships and friendships. Boredom and loneliness can be the biggest downfall of health and it has been noticed that the worse among Alzheimers victims were those who were alone or not very active.
Alzheimers most notably begins with forgetfulness and mild confusion, can progress to impaired physical and mental abilities, increase in severity to debilitating mental problems and eventually shutdown of the body until breathing or heart function stops. It's almost like the person is going back in reverse from adulthood to infancy then death. The disease can stall at any given stage, take years to slowly progress and so can manage to blend in with the usual aging process and thus be easier to adjust to and manage or it can seem to occur quickly and drastically with rapid deterioration and so be very hard to adjust to much less manage. It is a very distressful disease.
So the very most important keys concerning Alzheimers, more important than the physical and mental influences and any practices and medication that can indeed help manage it, is the level of comfort and security a person feels with their family, friends and other outsiders, ESPECIALLY WITH THOSE WHO ASSUME THE ROLE OF ASSISTANT, AIDE OR CAREGIVER.
Existing health problems, illness or disability causes enough stress on its own and can get overwhelming even under the best of care. When a sufferer does not have or is unable to feel a sense of security and comfort with family, friends, caregivers and other outside sources , actual physical, emotional and/or mental distress can occur causing mental breakdown. which can be corrected or delayed by intervention.
Such distress begins with the sufferer having to care for themself when they need help and continue daily responsibilities that they have lost full ability to manage. In that time, they may have problems keeping up with medications, become accident prone, more likely to get sick. Without intervention, such distress can mimic Alzheimers then cause irreversible health problems and in worst cases sufferers wind up abandoned or missing and homeless, their best luck being to end in a nursing home, in city jail for vagrancy or being a nuisance, or indigent care hospitals.
So it of FOREMOST importance that THE BEST intervention to employ is a system of care and support that helps the sufferer maintain or regain good health but also their trust, security and comfort with other people. Such intervention may require not being able to keep the sufferer in their own home or at home with the family in order to ease the heavy burden of caring for a loved one. The adjustment can be difficult but very worthwhile if it gives a loved one the best quality of life.
As a stressed life is distressed to a distressful end, Alzheimers is the cruel cure that wipes out the suffering a person living a life of stress and distress is no longer able to live with.
