2008-

alabama institute for the deaf and blind gets me really good help in the kitchen with a safe knife i can cut with, a easy grip hand held chopper and other really helpful things-cooking still panics me and even with a dishwasher, i still cant keep the kitchen clean. With a new washer and dryer, still cant keep the laundry clean

i got a new computer printer, scanner from vocation rehab and the programs i need - that was April 2008 and my case manager called in July and I almost had to give the system back because I was not meeting the very clear conditions stated to earn a full time income - im still easily distracted and cant focus forget what i learned and make too many mistakes but still trying to work

-lack of transportation to get work was no excuse because i had gotten help to use the public bus system and its pretty simple to learn to use but i feel carsick and panic when i get out (even when I go to hang out in Mississippi)

2009

-found ODesk, a wonderful employment site that really helps people be able to find work online and get the kind of work that can be done completely online-the work I do should be real easy but its hard to focus and i done lost a few projects

-my widows benefits will begin getting cut, my self employment is in order with all the right paperwork and I am putting into Social Security to collect at retirement age, I have to pay my own health insurance and I won't be able to file any kind of disability and there is talk of raising the retirement age to 70. . . .
